Who we are

Pipedrive Backup is an independent backup service for users of the Pipedrive CRM, reachable at starthubproject1@gmail.com. We are not affiliated with Pipedrive OÜ.

What data we process

Account data: when you contact us or subscribe, we process your name, work email and billing details to provide the service.

Backup data: with your explicit read-only authorization (OAuth), we take daily snapshots of the Pipedrive company account you select. This data is encrypted (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), stored on servers in the European Union, and used solely to provide the backup service. It is never analyzed, shared with third parties, or sold.

Legal basis

Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the service; consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the OAuth connection, which you can revoke at any time from your Pipedrive account settings.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing starthubproject1@gmail.com. Backup data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation or upon request.

Retention

Snapshots are retained according to your plan's history (30 days, 90 days or 1 year). Contact form messages are kept for 12 months.
