What Pipedrive can recover natively

Pipedrive keeps recently deleted items for a limited time. Deleted deals can be recovered from the deal list's "deleted" view within a short window, and Pipedrive support can sometimes help with very recent deletions. That's the good news.

The limits matter more: the window is short, bulk deletions are hard to reconstruct, and once data is permanently gone, Pipedrive's own documentation is clear that it cannot be brought back. There is no recycle bin that holds your whole account for a month.

The three deletion scenarios we see most

• Single record, noticed quickly — a deal or person deleted by mistake. If you're inside the native window, Pipedrive may recover it. If not, it's gone — unless you have a snapshot.
• Bulk damage, noticed late — an import, a workflow or a sync tool overwrote or deleted hundreds of records. Native recovery isn't built for this: there is no "undo" for a mass update.
• Offboarding cleanup — someone leaving the company tidies up "old" data. Two weeks later, a deal file everyone still needed turns out to be gone.
